D.1
Questionnaires
Up to 12 a quarter. Anything with 25 or more questions counts as one. Shorter ones are free.
D.2
People
Unlimited. Sales, solutions engineers, reviewers, the CTO who checks in on Wednesdays.
D.3
The product
All of it: The Margin, Sign-off, House answers, Open rows, The Shelf, Same Sheet, every integration.
D.4
Setup
One working session with our onboarding lead, included.
D.5
Leaving
Monthly stops at the end of the month. Annual isn't refunded mid-term; we'll remind you of that before you sign, too.
D.6
Your data
Export every house answer and its history as .xlsx and CSV, any time. We delete everything 30 days after you leave and email you when it's done.

House

Above 12 questionnaires a quarter.

$1,400–$2,900

What most House customers pay a month.

It’s a conversation because volume varies a lot between teams, not because we want to size up your budget first.

Three things move the number: how many questionnaires you send, whether you need SSO and SCIM, and whether you need separate workspaces for separate product lines.

D.7What happens when we hit 12?
The thirteenth questionnaire still gets drafted. Nothing stops, and nothing extra is charged that quarter. If it happens two quarters running, we'll suggest House. You can say no.
D.8Is there a free trial?
No. There's a 30-day refund instead, because a trial without your documents loaded doesn't show you anything.
D.9What doesn't Draft include?
SSO and SCIM, multiple workspaces, and a named account manager. The product is otherwise the same.
D.10Will the price go up?
Your price is fixed for your first two years. After that, we'll tell you 90 days before any change, in writing.
D.11Discounts?
Nonprofits and companies under 30 people get 40% off Draft. Ask and we'll say yes.

Web portals. We draft them, you paste. If most of your questionnaires arrive through portals, Firstpass will save you less than it saves teams who get spreadsheets, and you should know that before you pay.
